This location has a very rude woman at the drive thru window who hesitated to help complete the incomplete order I received. How dare they not fulfill a 20 PC order of nuggets. Plus, the mocha frappe was warm. I had to show proof of my receipt and the half order of nuggets and the woman was still trying to argue about the order instead of helping. Will not be coming back to this location. Get better workers here.
Restaurant is closed for renovation and they gave me fries that look like a small/medium size when i paid for Large fries! Disappointed!
This location has given us raw meat MULTIPLE times & its completely unacceptable. They routinely miss items as well and serve cold fries and incorrect drinks. Not worth it đ€·đ» go to a different location if you want something edible.
The people managing this place are completely against giving you more than 2 sauces per order. Even when you order 4 mcmuffins. I even tried to PURCHASE the sauce packets, and they REFUSED to SELL them to me.
Updated review after new construction of location and lobby. The new lobby is terrible, a downright downgrade from the previous layout. One register that is rarely staffed, the main way to order is on those tablets. The tablets are there to get you to spend more, before checkout they suggest more items and advertise âdealsâ that entice you to order extras. Drive thru is basically unchanged. Prices are more expensive than the location down the street on Vermont and 4th. Go there instead.
