The McDonaldâs in Ktown LA is a standard fast-food spot offering the usual menu of burgers, fries, and breakfast items. Service is generally quick, but the location can get crowded, especially during peak hours. The cleanliness and upkeep are decent, though not exceptional. Itâs a convenient option for a quick, affordable meal, but donât expect anything beyond the typical McDonaldâs experience.
The food and service were great! The workers were quite fast and welcoming and the delivered food was quite delicious as always. For a fast food restaurant, this one is definitely a very great place. The only problem and this is a small one is the atmosphere of the restaurant. There were lots of homeless people about it, and I witnessed one of them trying to force his way into the restroom, and there was this other woman screaming at nothing.
I used my app to get a combo value meal. Was odd I couldnât get them to hold the mustard and ketchup for my burger. Was also strange I couldnât get a mocha frappe or large ice coffee for my drink? I had to get a coke. Im from out of town so maybe itâs done differently here but I was always able to get a mocha frappe as my drink for a combo meal back home. Not a complaint, just wondered why?
Terrrrrrible!!!! I was picking up breakfast on my way to work. My hash brown was cold, and they obviously got my damn order wrong! You guys need to get it together over there, you had one job. You failed. Read and check the order before you bring yo tail out to peoples car.
Iâve ordered from this McDonaldâs thru delivery, take out (in store) and take out (drive thru) and this is by far the worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to. I rather look for another McDonaldâs 10-20mins away than order from this place again. They literally take FOREVER to get your order and itâs still wrong. Iâve previously had 3 Uber drivers cancel on a delivery from here because theyâve had to wait for the order over 15mins (each person). Honestly just close this McDonaldâs, cause not even new management can save it.
Update: Received my order, burger with no pickles, fries and a soda no ice and a mocha frappe . The result was PICKLES on my burger, the fries are missing, thereâs ice on my soda and the mocha frappe isnât a frappe. Honestly do yourself a favor and avoid this McDonaldâs.
