The restaurant is endlessly overloaded, there are not enough employees, some employees are disrespectful especially the manager, some staff do not respond to questions or look with disrespectful and impudent eyes. Add staff, at night there is always a load and cars are serviced for a long time, the hall at night often does not work on schedule from 2 oâclock. They constantly make you wait, there are also crowds of doordash clerks and swear at the long wait and prevent us and my friends from making orders. The restaurant is on the verge of chaos!
I must say. Itâs hard for me to write this because I feel like one can and should always count on a friggin McDonaldâs. BUT, we were promised an inside out toy and we got a black captain American toy.
ALSO, while waiting â very long â chatting w a gentleman from Uzbekistan was lovely. However, the rest of the crowd was miserable. The manager with the glasses, very handsome, also very quiet. His assistant, who filled a strangers slurpee almost only half way, was ornary for being asked to fill it up all the way and had to do it twice to hand back a still unsatisfactorily filled said slurpee.
They forgot my sonâs milk in his happy meal to boot.

There was a homeless man who wasnât able to put words together to explain what he wanted and god knows what he was going through. But the manager was the most patient dude I have ever seen. Most people would have lost it but he didnât. The dude spent a long long time to communicate, got a coffee, then threw it out of the store, came back , got a coke, and this whole thing was at lest 10 minute long. 10 very long minutes. This manager deserves a raise.
They are charging for bags now and would not give customers any grace while transitioning into this new money grabbing scheme. She really just stood there and saw me struggle with picking up all the fries that she spread all over the tray, and stacking up my food boxes and dropping them, struggling to take everything by my two hands, just stood and watched. Just coldly told me because I didnât pay for a bag. I missed paying for it on the app but how do I deal with it when Iâm already there and itâs done? Give me a solution or some help!? Sorry for spending money in your brand and buying a ton of food I guess? Unbelievable. You already raised your prices and now youâre charging for bags. And now you decided to be hostile towards your customers. Bye.
