I purchased my GMC Acadia Denali in 2020. The salesman was great and really worked with me to get the car I really wanted. Ever since I’ve been having it service at McConnell too. The service department is AWESOME. Greg and Zach are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would give them a 10 out of 10!
(My only issue I’ve had is I felt the extended warranty was not exactly what I was pitched at purchase. I still would have purchased it anyway).
We were in Alabama on vacation our SUV broke down the 1st morning there, on a weekend 30 min before the dealership closed and we had 4 kids with us. Joe worked with me (even had to deal with my small meltdown) he worked with our local dealership in Kentucky that had been working on it before we left and he worked with the warranty. An unexpected $1800 fix while already on a tightly budgeted vacation with 4 kids was not in our option list but Joe worked and got it covered by our extended warranty so we were only out $250 vs $1800! He handled our very delicate situation with grace, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish. Would highly recommend 👌 he also got us fixed and back in time to get back for a family funeral (another meltdown Joe got the end of the deal on and still took care of us with grace)
After breaking down on the interstate and being towed to McConnell our experience with Greg was very impressive. He went Above and Beyond to Help Us and get our vehicle fixed faster than expected! He accommodated us with a rental. He made what could have put a real damper on our vacation smooth sailing! We would Highly recommend Greg/ McConnell for All your Service needs.
