Both Steve and ESPECIALLY Kelly were EXTREMELY rude, pushy and super unhelpful.
I am a first time home buyer, and was looking to get some information and possibly view some homes in an area that I was thinking I’d like to settle down in. However, since I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use my own personal realtor or if I wanted to fully connect with Kelly and Steve, Kelly was super rude shut me down and basically said “well then I don’t wanna work with you anyway since you already have someone else in mind.” She made me feel very uncomfortable, they were constantly texting me and trying to call me even though I let them know I was unavailable or was in the car or etc.
I will NEVER recommend this group to ANYONE (especially not first time home buyers), as they seem very snotty and REFUSED to show us any properties at all because we told them we POSSIBLY wanted to use our relator from our home town that we already know… what JERKS!
Kelly and Steve are the best agents around! Extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do. If I have a question or concern, they always have an answer. They make a transaction feel so easy. They both know real estate in and out. You won’t find a better agent anywhere. Five Stars!!!
