    First, if you’re looking for heart-racing, great tempo, workout, this is the place for you! Not only are you going to learn hand to hand combat but also self-defense (offense) in boxing! Follow the best ever Floyd Mayweather, and he shows you’re the basic punches to start you off on your journey of self-defense. Also, you’re also going to do core exercises and others!
    Let’s talk about it. Here are the pros and cons.

    Pros:
    Different types of punching bags
    Intense workout (at your own pace)
    Organized set-up stations.
    Video tutorial with count down timer
    Great Music
    Floyd Mayweather fights playing on the screen
    Weights
    Row-machines
    Dumbbells
    Treadmills (Cardio Machines)
    Gloves are provided
    Water fountain/bathrooms are clean
    Plenty of parking

    Cons
    Limited Spacing
    No Sparring
    No Speed Bag

    Overall
    I’ve met the owner, Cole, and he is a great guy! You guys know I give 100% genuine reviews, and I can’t find any other cons, but pros there are many! This is the place to get your workout in and change your life!

  2. My son and I did a trial class at Mayweather. We both loved it and ended up signing up for a membership. Cole is a great instructor/coach. His workout was intense but he was very patient with our beginner levels. I think it’s a great workout no matter what fitness level you are at.

  3. Best group fitness it town. Who knew a boxing class could be so fun? My endurance growth since starting 3 months ago has surpassed what I ever imagined. I have to give thanks for that to the owner, Cole. Cole is committed to the success of each member. He provides individualized attention and support. I love all the different class times and options. A membership option for everyone. I0 out of 10……I highly recommend.

  4. I got to attend Cole’s class and I would highly recommend! I’m a beginner and it was my first class. He took care of me from the moment I arrived. He pushed me but not too hard. I left feeling proud and accomplished!

  5. Mayweather gym was so welcoming the moment I stepped in. When I signed up for class, the time response was speedy. I worked with Cole and he showed me the basics to make me feel more comfortable during the class. If you want to have a great work out that will shred quick and fast calories, I highly recommend them!
