Will be sending all my friends there as they have been searching for a reliable tailor for an alteration and blouse making for a long time!
Have only ever ordered online but have always had a good experience. They are very communicative when shipping and are easy to work with!
I had such a great experience here! I was going to my friends wedding and I had a Saree to wear, but I had no idea how to put it on. I first went to a place in Sunnyvale and they were rude and very unhelpful. They completely ripped me off, so I came here in a pinch two days before I had to leave for the wedding. The woman was so helpful and was able to stitch up my Saree in 24 hours. I wish I had come here from the beginning.
Would not recommend for tailoring, I had a bad experience here.
I dropped off a tailoring job and prepaid because the owner said it would be lucky for her. She said it would take less than a week and she would call me when done. A week passes and no call, so I drop by. Turns out she had completely forgotten to tailor my outfit, and she tried to give it back to me with NO WORK done. I caught it and confronted her. She claimed she confused it with another customerâs outfit of the same color, and said she would get the tailoring done same day and call me when done. Still never called. I dropped by the next day and it was finally done this time, but overall this was a bad experience.
Maya is the owner of this botique and she is very patient. She explains everything very nicely. She helps you with mix and match of your stuff. Prices are reasonable. I strongly recommend to visit the place
