Max is great! We have called him twice (once for a washing machine and once for a dishwasher), and he has always been incredibly responsive, with same day appointments both times. He is very polite and honest, and he does a great job of communicating the problem and the steps to repair. I would highly recommend Max!!
Max was lovely. Worked with us to promptly get our oven fixed on short notice and was upfront about everything.
Got our old oven sorted out next day so we could get our Christmas cooking done
The customer service and product knowledge was top notch. I called Max at about 4 pm on Thursday and he was a my house at 9:30 am Friday with the parts needed for repair. I appreciated that Max requested model and error information in advance of the appointment so he could check to make sure he had needed parts. He was respectful of my home. Very satisfied all around and better than the other businesses I contacted.

I tried for 15 months to get someone to come out to my home in Boulder Creek to fix my oven.
No one would bother.
But Max did. And he fixed it !!! (And it was a very challenging repair).
I gave him five stars, but I wish I could give him a hundred.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I had a microwave that is built-in within the kitchen and had a hard time finding someone who can repair microwaves. I found out about Max through online search, sent a message around 8 PM hoping he would get back sometime the following day. But to my surprise, he called within 1 minute and said he could come the same day! Mind you it was already 8 PM – not only did he come, fix it fully (it was not easy as it required pulling the microwave out from the built-in structure), he ensured it worked properly, tested it multiple times and even sent me a follow up the next day to check-in. I have never had anyone who provided this level of service before, simply amazing!
