I visited the Mavis location in Auburn (2069 E University drive) and the place was in shambles. As a former manager of a direct competitor, I would never run my store as such. See photos of the bays… Trash everywhere, zero tool organization, no employees in sight, and most importantly safety violations. I will not be a return customer, nor recommend this location to anybody. Would you trust your personal vehicle in a shop that doesn’t care enough for simple cleanliness and organization?
Most definitely a 5 star ⭐️. I had an amazing experience with this place! The service was top-notch, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and Auto to anyone looking for great deals and excellent service. Thank you Tae, u rock!
They have great attention to detail and honest customer service. No one tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I feel safer on the road knowing I had my service done here. The prices were reasonable but I still was offered a discount options. A great feeling to get good customer service and save money too.
Brought my car in for new tires to get my alignment checked and for an oil change. After picking my car up and driving home I looked at the invoice they gave me and noticed the oil viscosity they used was different than what has been used in the past so I popped the hood to check my oil fill cap for the recommended viscosity. Only to find the oil fill cap had never been replaced and the engine compartment was coated in oil. This is not a confidence inspiring discovery as if I hadn’t thought to pop the hood who knows what kind of damage could have happened to my engine as oil was lost.
Leaves me wondering how many other things were simply spaced and forgot in the rush to get the job done.
Very courteous, quick and efficient! A holiday weekend, mid-afternoon and they took care of my tire almost immediately without an appointment. I had run over a screw in the tread, and they were able to patch it so that it’s as good as new (or rather 15k miles). When it’s time to buy new tires, I will definitely check them out!
