I brought my tire in to get patched and diagnostics on dashboard lights bright and early on a Saturday morning – Clara and Shannon were very courteous and helpful. It’s a very clean facility with a comfortable work station for customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back for any work I need done.
Finding tires for my car is extremely hard and Clara made it exceptionally easy! She was the absolute best to work with. I will definitely be back! Those Continental Conti Pro Contacts are not easy to find and she had one ordered for me in the matter of seconds! Might I add that Travis (the technician that installed my tire) was a gem! He was very polite and knowledgeable!

I was visiting my son’s family in Troy and my tire pressure light came on. There was a Mavis Tire across the street and I went there to get it checked. The lady at the front was very friendly and they were able to get my car in and check the tire. The tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. They gave me several options and were able to replace the tire and get me on my way in no time at all. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tire in Troy.
