Really nice clean store. Cashier was super friendly and very nice. Limited selection for men in all areas. Find what I was looking for and worth the trip
Went to return an item I purchased that was already damaged and the Manager Laurie would not take it back. Very disappointed because I do shop there frequently. I wonât be going and buying anything anytime soon.
Horrible customer service, Iâm usually not one to complain but this actually made me upset after trying to return an item that was completely new.
Today, I returned three items ( I rarely return merchandise I buy). I went to the check out counter and two were open. I went directly to the one nearer. The girl who assisted me and the girl beside her were talking on how they do not like return transactions. I just kept quiet, which was very unbecoming of me. It was the beginning of a long day for me so I kept my cool.
I believe it was tactless and rude to talk about something like that since I was returning some items. I used to love coming to this place, but sad to say that it has deteriorated tremendously since it opened years ago. I have more to say but I will stop here.
I found a really cute pair of boots, and when I got up to the register, the lady in the front informed me that someone had switched the tags and I understand how thatâs not their fault but the lady in the front who said she was the manager for upfront was talking to me and treating me as if I was the one who did it right off the bat and that made me really uncomfortable and I informed them that I wasnât the one who did it and I understood that it wasnât fair that the tags were switched for them but itâs also not fair to me. When I find out the boots is going to be double the cost of what I thought it was gonna be. So I asked if there was anything they could do as far as marking it down and of course she said no so I asked to call the store manager so I could speak with them and they called the manager of front and basically didnât even let me speak with them and convince them to say no right off the bat. I had to ask to speak with them and it was a no they had me up there for a long time and it was embarrassing to be treated like I was the one who switched the tag, the second manager didnât treat me with that way, but the first one dead I ended up buying the boot, but now I feel taken advantage of, and I kind of feel wrong about spending my money there that supports a business that treats people accordingly.
