Food at the revolving restaurant was great but the service was awful. I was in a room on the first floor and was berated by a horrible singer in the lobby from 8-10. Was so loud I couldn’t think, that coupled with the 24/7 noises from the pool it was impossible yo get a moment of silence. Great hotel but I don’t think I will ever return.
Had to comeback and edit. Toilet broke at 11:30pm during our stay. Will never return
For a while, this was my home away from home.
I am in love with the vibe and the views from the rooms.
I am hopeful that the recent remodel addressed the outdated furnishings in the rooms so I am giving 5 stars out of hope. Haha. The staff are amazing and especially the men who assist with luggage. They are always so friendly and helpful to go above and beyond and ask if I need anything else and sometimes when I have asked, they are happy to oblige. Always smiling and always pleasant.
Wow. Thanks to Alysen and Natalie for the excellent check in experience. This hotel is a gem that celebrates the epic music history of the area. We loved all the musical touches in the room and the amazing views from the balcony. Definitely set your alarm to watch the sunrise over the river/pool. The pool area is a tropical oasis that was a great place to relax. Rooms are super clean. We enjoyed several meals at Swampers and our only regret is that we didn’t have ALL of our meals at Swampers. Thanks for making my partners birthday stay so special.
The hotel is very attractive and the staff at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. My only complaints would be that, because each floor has rooms on opposite halls, it would have been nice if there was a sign that could be seen when I got off the elevator that showed the range of numbers on each hall so I’d know which way to go. And I had no hand soap at the sink.
I was only there for two separate nights last week. But looking out over the beautiful pools, I told my husband we should both come again and take advantage of the pools.
This hotel is in the middle of renovations, but they have done a tremendous job with them. The newly designed rooms look incredible, and the pool area has been expanded and will soon include a kitchen dedicated to the pool patrons. We are local but we love to come here for a nice staycation! Highly recommend.
