  1. I stopped going to piggly wiggly because the meat wasn’t fresh and spoiled very quickly I’ve been coming to marinos for a while instead and first it was ok but now I’m seeing it’s no different prices here are extremely high and the meat goes bad the same day even if I freeze it and take it out it’s rank and turns colors! This is ridiculous! The black community needs better idk if these people buy food at a discount right before it spoils and raise the price or what but it’s ashame when u can’t get FRESH meat or fruit in these particular neighborhoods, you literally have to drive across town to grocery shop!!! It’s a damn shame…do better if u don’t believe me go look at the purple chicken wings and bust a pack of meat open and smell it smh!

  2. Be aware of the produce and fridge/freezer items. They are selling wilted fruits and veggies as well as expired food. I shopped in this store last month and the produce had black mold. I haven’t shopped here since. Decided to go and pick up a few breakfast items because of the convenience and the canned biscuits were dated for April and this is May. Check dates before you purchase.

  3. I went to this store to get a box of chicken that was on sale. When I noticed a RAT run across the floor. I told the cashier and he said I know we tried to catch them every night. And that they come from the houses nearby I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
