Her passion to put you into the home that fits your needs the best is one of true passion. Connie not only cares about the complex, she cares for her tenants. She is the biggest reason we will not seek any other apartment living until we can build a home. I love the location, the cleanliness, accessibility to Clovis and DT Clovis, plus you’re just a moment from the 168 to get you anywhere in Fresno. These apartments are beautiful! I have loved here for a full year now and can say this place is amazing. The rent is reasonable for the area, maintenance is very kind and fast, management is super helpful! I just got my lease to reaign and rent only went up $20 a month which is super reasonable! Also the apartments are spacious and feel like a townhome more than an apartment. Would highly recommend!
I have lived at Marbella for 3 years and am about to sign my 4th lease. I absolutely love living here. The amenities are fantastic, the apartments are well built, and don’t feel like you’re living in an apartment. They are as close to living in a house as you can possibly get with out the annoying maintenance and expensive utilities. While the community is beautiful, the reason that keeps me here is our community manager Connie. She is absolutely fantastic. Kind, approachable but above all, reactive! Any issue we’ve had(which have been few and far in between), she takes care of immediately. We even had an issue with our water main bursting (something completely out of their control) that she resolved with in 12 hours. This happened in the middle of the night and by 11:00 am the next day, she had the issue resolved. She makes herself available 24/7! Connie you are amazing!! Choose Marbella for your next home! I really enjoy living in the Marbella community! The management team is very friendly and do a great job communicating to tenants. The maintenance team always keeps the grounds looking clean and are extremely quick to repair any issues. I enjoy that it is a pet friendly community with plenty of grass for the dogs to enjoy and pet waste dispensers always stocked and located throughout the grounds. I would definitely recommend this community for those looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home.
This place was amazing when Kacey was here. He made this place feel like a family. Recently we changed property manager Sam. She lacks people skills, the first email she sent was very unfriendly and you got the feeling this is just a job for her. Everyone at the community has complained to each other about her. It’s the small things that really matter to us. When Kacey was around we where allowed to have our grills and plants outside. We would regularly have our neighbors over and grill. Now she is requesting that we get rid of our grills because it’s a hazard. So far we haven’t had any issues with it being a hazard. I think she needs to focus on bringing this community together instead of turning us against her. I get she has todo her job but pick your battles. If it is not hurting anyone or it doesn’t look unsightly. Then you are just doing it to assert your authority. We pay to much for rent for her to tell us we can’t have grill or plants outside. She honestly has the potential to be an awesome property manager if she connected with the community.
