Everytime and whenever I visit mango I find something to buy, their colour , fabric, collection had always been great and on top of the price is very easy on pocket

Very rude employee and the product which we bought just ripped from different places with just one wash. I have bought jeans online but did not face any issues with that. So we went there to replace it what happened next just blew my mind. One of the employees had such rude behaviour. His name was Samir Ali as informed by him. So what happened is that during purchase they had asked for our number which we had given them right away. But when he was searching for the sale details based on the number when we went for exchange, he could not find it. He said in a very rude way that we had not given them the number and that was really a big shock. We then showed him the bill which was related to alteration of the jeans, he was not ready to accept that. So we showed him the PhonePe transaction details which he was not ready to accept. Afterwards when we reacted, he was finally ready to find the bill details realated to our products based on the transaction and could find it instantly and again said that we did not give the number. The way he reacted was really rude and as a person with opposite gender I was really in shock and when I said I will add the review on Google he still did not show any remorse. After all this we finally got the credit note and still he did not even say sorry. Such a terrible experience never gonna shop from there. The management should take care of rude employees.
I specially prefer Mango for casual and formal clothing, I recently bought Jeans and shoes last week. The quality of the fabric was too good and the designs were really fabulous. I bought blue and black jeans , but mango is expensive being a great brand in India and abroad. I bought formal shoes in brown color , amazing one’s. I recommend this brand to everyone and rate it 4/5.
