I can understand how difficult for a person it could be or how tired the person is and wants to go home after a long day, but closing at 7:45pm when the hours said 8pmā¦
Plus noting that the employe was holding the door and told everyone outside that she was closing but still let one person come in for a returnā¦ is that a new policy of the store ? Are you guys selecting which customers has the right to enter the store ?
The staff here are friendly and helpful. The store has a lot of cute stuff; I have to stop myself from buying a ton every time I go. I prefer Mango over Zara and Aritzia.
Rude staff. I tried to make a return but the lady at the counter refused to do it, because one tiny tag was missing and she told me because of that its look like I already worn the jeans. First time I heard that in any store.
