  1. I made a purchase on 4/20/24. Before leaving the store, the sales associate and I noticed the tag on back of the jumpsuit. The sale associate said that it would be okay if I needed to return the item. She stated the internal tag is what is necessary for scanning the item. I made sure to get a paper receipt and even signed up for the app as she suggested. I returned the item on 4/26/24 unworn and never taken out the bag since purchased. During the return, I was also purchasing another shirt. The storeā€™s manager Fatima gave me a hard time about the tag but I assured her the previous associate said it was okay. After leaving the store, my bag went off at two other stores. I returned to MANGO to have two other associates tell me it was part of their new security tags for summer items and they assured me they resolved the problem. I then went to another store where my bag continued to go off. I returned to MANGO and explained I had already returned once before about the security tag, was told it was resolved, however it was; and now I would like to make a complete return as it was ruining my shopping experience. The store manager Fatima then proceeded to ask me if I had on jewelry from the store. I asked her why she said that,? She said she was making the only conclusion it could be. I had no pursue. No pockets as I was wearing a dress. She had my entire bag with her to review itā€™s contents. I asked the manager Fatima to kindly not make such presumptions because that would imply I was stealing. Iā€™m in utter disbelief. Iā€™m calling corporate as soon as I can reporting the incident.

  2. I had a great experience at Mango! The store associates were extremely accommodating and helpful during my shopping experience. Not only was I greeted and welcomed, but also accompanied in a comfortable manner along the full purchasing process. I didnā€™t feel hovered over at all which allowed me to really take my time around the store and gauge my options. I picked out a nice holiday dress to wear to my work party! Thank you to associate Michelle for guiding me to the accessory section and helping me pick out the perfect bow earrings to match šŸ™‚

  3. I would never shop at Mango again. I left without a purchase the staff lacks diversity the customer service was horrible.The merchandise wasnā€™t tag improperly with only Euro pricing the manager on Duty Alisa stated that they have no policy and that the decision to do the right thing was left up to her. I have body dysmorphia I left this store feeling low and my anxiety was triggered.The rest of my evening was ruined. I think the manager did not want to honor the tag because of my race since she clearly stated the decision was left up to her .

  4. Will never shop here again. I was profiled by an associate while shopping. I was finishing up what I was getting and she took my items from me and placed them on hold though I told her I was just getting one more item. Their customer service was poor. Not pleased at all.
