Well hello Stephanie and her staff was amazing. Never had no complaints about the job description or the team. It was a very great place to catch up on a job ASAP. Would recommend besides any other agency agencies will just leave on for probably months at a time this place is on it on the spot, please take your time to come in and try it out. My experience was exceptional, largely due to Stephanie and her team’s efficiency and friendliness.
Stephanie was instrumental in facilitating my job search and was thorough in addressing all my inquiries. I highly recommend their services to friends and family seeking employment assistance.
Unprofessional and incompetent. When I arrived they couldn’t start my test because I was “already logged in.” After some waiting around for 30 minutes they told me they were “booked for an event” and that I wasn’t even supposed to be scheduled then.
This inconvenience is made much worse considering my window for scheduling a new test had closed and I had to start my application with the TSA all over again.
The cherry on top is that I asked for them to email me this explanation so I could justify the absence, as there is a penalty for missing tests, and these people actually refused to do that? Why? “I just can’t?”
