My husband and I stayed the night in the Lodge on the way back home. We called to see if we could check in an hour early, and they were very accommodating. The whole place is beautiful. The room was like staying in a large master suite. We would definitely stay again.
I booked this place as it was not too far from the peanut festival fair grounds. I was in town for an event there and this place ended up being well above my expectations. The rooms are large with high ceilings. They are well appointed with a soft bed and pillows. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is a little hidden, but very peaceful.
Lovely, clean, quiet location! We loved staying here and will definitely be back, and will recommend to friends and family passing through! Extremely large, comfortable room and bathroom!
My husband and I loved every single thing about this place. It is off the beaten path, so it is very quiet. It’s clean and pretty. The property is well kept and the staff is friendly. It was so peaceful.
There is a dog park, rv park, amphitheatre, and pub on the property. (Not in the lodge, but in the same property complex.)
It’s really a cool little place. You can rent a room in the lodge or a little stand alone cottage/cabin. They have one room and two room cottages. We rented the King Jr Suite in the lodge, and it was perfection! I definitely recommend you check it out.
We had a wonderful stay in the double room cabins at The Crossing at Big Creek. This is such a beautiful and peaceful place to relax. Everything was very clean and the staff was super accommodating. Mrs. Sharon is the absolute best!! She made this whole trip a pleasure. From reservation to check out. It is so hard to find good people today who are hard working and love their job. She is the face of this business and really represents it well. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!!
