Love Madewell and always have. However, I had a poor customer service experience a few weeks ago that I tried to shake off but it really bothered me. There was a younger gal with long brown hair working the counter and helped me with a return. She was pretty unfriendly to start with, and then followed me around the store and just stared at me which made me pretty uncomfortable. (I think she was making sure I didn’t steal.) then when I checked out she claimed I had earrings in my hand and she would need to ring those up too. I didn’t have earrings in my hand and showed her. The overall experience was so gross and uncomfortable. I get that you have to keep out for shoplifters but the way she was following me and accusing me of stealing was way overboard and left a sour taste in my mouth.
A bit tiny, but filled with a lot of favourite Madewell pieces. Lovely stuff and so worth the visit!
I have no bad things to say about this storefront. A great selection of stylish, high quality clothing is great but what really keeps me coming back is the staff. They’re always incredibly kind and above-and-beyond helpful whether it’s advising on a style or grabbing a few other sizes from upstairs. You can tell morale is high here, and that for sure will keep me coming back on a regular basis. Skip Aritzia next door and come here instead!
This Madewell store is pretty decently sized and has lots of selection! The representatives were all super nice and helpful, and I really appreciated how attentive they were!
This store is one of the best madewell locations I’ve been to! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only thing I would love to see would be to have a men’s location or section open at this store. That would be so awesome!
