With the pandemic, my social anxiety has risen since I got a bit too comfortable with online shopping but I got the courage to go into the store since I needed a last minute item for an upcoming trip. When I came into the store, I was immediately greeted by Kristin. She was very helpful the whole time and overall made my shopping experience an ease. Not only did she just help me with my shopping, but more answered all of my questions and concerns with a smile on her the whole time. Very professional and made me feel comfortable and not rushed at any time throughout my experience . Will be visiting this location more frequently. Keep up the good work Kristin! 🙂
This place gives me a massive migraine walking in and they don’t have a tall section so pointless for me personally. My wife likes some stuff here but this isn’t her review it’s mine and this place is point for me.
CARD WAS SKIMMED! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! I made a purchase here using my Macy’s credit card on a small purchase. Less than a week later, there was another purchase that was NOT me or anyone I know and I had to cancel my credit card just now. (I do not share my cc) It is HIGHLY thought to be an associate behind the skimming. I can’t believe how bad card skimming is getting in this city. If you shop here, be careful and use either cash or purchase on the app only.
I’ve visited a few times and its a nice store. Everyone is pretty helpful. There is a large selection of clothing for everyone. A really nice perfume section which always smells nice. There is a wide selection of just about everything that you would need for your household and perhaps gifts for every occasion. Prices are fair on some things as in comparison to some other high end stores.
My experience today at this location was bad. I was at the register making a purchase and my daughter who is a toddler was with me. She was standing in front of the gum ball machine and right when she turned around to her right side, she bumped her head on the corner of the water holder which sticks outs from the counter, I have attached pictures for reference. By this time I was done paying and I did tell the associate that maybe the water holder shouldnt be there so close to the gum ball machine, which it attracts small children, it can happen to any child. The associate didnt bother saying anything asking to make sure my daughter was ok, nothing at all. Was it maybe because I am hispanic and she is white that she couldnt even bother asking? I ended up returning my purchase right then and there and the manager was there, who also couldnt even bother asking anything, at this point my daughter was still crying and I did examine her head and she does have a bump. Again, nothing was said to me or apologized or did anything about moving the water holder in behalf of the manager why? Because I am hispanic maybe and it didnt matter to them? Poor very poor customer service. I requested cooperates number which the only thing that was given to me was customer service number. I will be waiting for a reply and will reach out to the number given to me.
