12:30pm on a Saturday and I couldn’t believe my eyes… I’ve been shopping at Macy’s forever and I’ve never seen it like this. I came in to buy a new suit but I walked out because I wont spend money in a place like this – on principle. Where is the management? I ended up going to mens warehouse, a clean and classy joint like Macy’s used to be… So disappointed.
not great, went in looking for earings. staff was no where to be found, what was available was barely a step above costume jewelry to be fair the area has seen a rise in shop lifting so i cant really blame them
Eric at customer service pick up counter is very friendly knowledgeable very professional and loves what he does. Very helpful and wants to make sure his customers are taken care of 100 per cent with excellent service. Such an asset to Macy’s professional team! Makes my visit a fun stress free outing always for me.
Beautifully decorated, brightly lit with gorgeous displays and top-tier merchandise. Located at prestigious River Park across the parking lot from P.F. Chang’s. Easy access to Hwy 41. Highly recommend!
Macys is the way to go for stopping cause they always have sales that beats every department store including Ross , Marshall and Nordstrom . Macys Always carry well known brand names for affordable prices . I literally go to macys 4 times a week at a least , just to stay updated with their great offers and special promotion that never ends .. highly recommended. People are familiar with me here cause of my continuous visits . Layla and Brittany are the people I mainly see all the time and deal with . Their help is absolutely incredible and they’re always excited to offer their assistance to me and everyone else, and everyone else . Macys is unequivocally five stars place and their clothing section is obviously great to chose and buy from … their bedding and kitchenware are another fabulous selection as well .. Toys 🧸 are plenty and collectibles items too ..finally , it’s located at a prestigious area in river park
