Darwin was great. Apple Store and Mac on Melrose both said 3-5 days or more to replace my MacBook Air battery. He did it in 45 minutes and for less than the two other spots!! Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Could not recommend this place more.

Really great! My Imac suddenly wouldn’t turn on anymore. He diagnosed the issue and called me back with a price for the replacement of my iMacs logic board. Super affordable and also not pushy at all. Told me I could make my imac a lot faster by upgrading to an external SSD (which I have been planning to) and didn’t try to sell me anything. Super honest and solid dude. Quality work! Don’t go to the apple store, come here!
I urgently needed a new battery for my MacBook Pro which is my only computer that I use for work & personal. I priced Apple and several other local Mac repair places and was shocked at how expensive this repair is, especially given that a battery for my MBP model can be purchased for ~$60. Best service ever! A few weeks ago I needed my laptop fixed, but I was flying out of town the next day. The sweet gentleman in the store stayed long after closing to try and fix my laptop, and he fixed it. He was completely understanding of my situation. It was all part of the warranty, and he worked on it until late evening. So nice of him, best customer service ever. Thank you MacHorizon!
