Excellent and quick service. I thought no place could top my old car service provider but Lynch sure did. Warm cordial greeting on arrival. Comfortable place to wait and even offers water and coffee. Looking forward to my next service appointment!
The front desk lady was very sweet and helpful. (First door if the service department and the desk on the left) The service was fast and was cheaper than if I changed my own oil with the same products. Very pleased. She won my business from here forward with her delightful attitude. Over all a great experience.
Stopped in without an appointment as my battery had died. Service Tech took great care of me and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Nice waiting area – brightly lit, clean and easily accessible.
Also stopped in to collision center and was treated equally as well! Mike, one of the technicians there, first tried to push the running board strip back in place. He was unsuccessful but he didn’t give up. Eventually he was able to fix the problem and I was very grateful! So kudos to both departments!
Love the sales & service experience with Lynch. My ext Toyota will definitely come from there!
First time I have been disappointed in service performed. Toyota has performed 100% of my service at 68,000+ miles. Customer service was fine, but when I got home I parked on a slight incline. Oil dripped out from frame and chassis onto driveway. Had to clean up twice plus crawl under car to wipe down undercarriage. Not a continuous leak just a sloppy job of oil change and clean up.
Still leaking on Friday morning. At Toyota service now trying to get fixed.
