Absolutely ridiculous, good work but these people will have your car for a very long time! I would just rather pay these people upfront with any kind of work they would do from now on. I wonāt ever file an insurance claim with this shop again! I have another car I want to send in but it would probably be around November when I get it back, good gracious.i am beyond pissed! But the staff has actually been nice so whateverā¦ā¦.update:they do awesome work 100 percent! only reason I wouldnāt give 5 stars ā is wait time! but I also am not understanding of body /paint work! ,parts have to come in which takes time! it has to have time to dry and harden etc so 5 stars it is
Took my Brand new 2024 Toyota Highlander in over 3 weeks ago, Nothing major someone hit my parked car and scratched the door and it needed to be repaired. They have had my vehicle for going on four weeks and it still is not ready. After arguing with my insurance company to go with the higher bid and getting it in there, Iām super disappointed that itās taken almost 4 weeks to get my door fixed. If youāre in expecting speedy service think again!!!
I will not take my car back to this place they had my car every since may 14 just to put a light and a side fender on cause they wasnāt able to fix the bumper.Every time I call them its a different lie I am missing work and cleaned out my bank account just to get a rental for 2 week and they still havenāt finished fixing my car yet no call or nothing.
I contacted Lynch after State Farm said they were an approved repair shop. Made an appointment for an estimate. Took my truck in for estimate. They seemed confused about why I was there and the person to do my appointment was nowhere to be found. Some man came out and took pictures ensuring me he would have an estimate within an hour is so. Here we are a week later and four phone calls. No response. No call back. I have called and they say they are working on the estimate. A week for one bumper to estimate? Do not take your vehicle to Lynch. Joe Hudson is a much better reputable place to handle your needs.
I came to town with two of my small children, to visit a relative of mine, and ran into some vehicle troubles while I was down. I was referred to Lynch and brought my van there as soon as I could. Not only were they very professional, they also understood the urgency of the situation because we needed to get home safely. Haven did a wonderful job, he kept me updated through everything, was very kind, and got us home in time. I will be forever thankful and will recommend Lynch Collision and Haven any time we are back in the area!
