Luxury Inn is an extremely clean hotel, they made my five day stay in Alabama the perfect vacation. The rooms are super clean. The staff is very kind, available 24 hours a day, and quite accommodating. My next visit to Selma, I will again stay at the Luxury Inn & Suites.
This is the second time I have chosen Luxury Inn & Suites, I have been happy both times. I’ve stayed in room 122 both times. The bed was comfortable and the staff cleaned my room each day without having to be asked, which was highly appreciated. There was an issue with the battery on my room door and it was promptly fixed after I reported it. I’ve never personally seen any roaches, only a harmless stink bug that clings to the frame of the bathroom door. I will continue to recommend this motel to my coworkers.
Really nice people, the rooms are clean and comfortable, we only stay here when we come to Selma.
Customer service was great. Mr. Patel checked me in and out quickly. The rooms are clean bed very comfortable fair price, surrounding of property I felt safe, well lite parking, & quiet. I changed from a non-smoking room on the front due to street/vehicles noises to a smoking room on the back- not too bad from the smoke- just kept my clothing in my suitcase. I always carry my Lysol spray and wipes and bug spray (just a couple). I must say the shower was Awesome fast hot water. Great pressure and massaging water settings relieved my back muscle spasms. I would stay again if in the area. I always wear my socks just to walk around in
-My only suggestion is to remove the carpet and get the hardwood floors & eliminate the wooden night stands(bugs hideout probably because someone had food in there and deep clean with bleach the microwaveand refrigerator/area). Close to Walmart and a lot of restaurants
Stayed one night recently. Front desk was very nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Lots of wall outlets. The shower had good pressure. Only issue I had, which isn’t their fault, the room was facing the road and there was a lot of traffic noise.
