I can’t say enough positive things about this complex and the people who work here. They have made my cross country move so easy. And I feel like I live in a resort. There’s no way anyone could be bored living here. A special shout out to Melorie, Ben, Vee, and Mikey. Thank you for being here and making this place feel like home! The application process at this apartment complex has been incredibly frustrating. They require more documentation than a mortgage application, which is completely over the top. I submitted everything weeks ago and was assured just this past Friday that all was in order. Now, it’s Sunday—*the day before move-in*—and they’re asking for even more documentation. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is ridiculous. If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for a long and unnecessarily complicated application process.
We just completed a tour of the LUX facilities with Lola and I highly recommend! Lola was wonderfully patient with our questions and generously took all the time we needed to show us all of the facilities – which are so beautiful and impressive! Although we are still weighing our options on where to live in the area, LUX is on our short list because of the terrific leasing team and facilities. Thank you to Lola!!!
I love my apartment and the amenities here. But I’m paying a very high rent for terrible management. It’s almost better to have the leasing office closed and have people work remotely than to have useless people sit in the front and charge money.
Lux is charging us a membership fee to charge the EV cars whereas Jewel ( same apartment complex) doesn’t charge their residents any extra fees per month to charge their cars. Jewel residents just pay for the KW used.
I brought this up 3 months ago and there is still no resolution and the unfairness is that being part of the same apartment complex, us Lux residents are having to pay extra.
You would think that an LLC that has such luxurious apartments, would have competent staff to help its residents. Every time I go in with a question, I leave feeling perplexed and muttering that the staff is useless. The staff today, was exceptionally useless. Ben is the only helpful staff member there.
Not to mention my bike got stolen here, yes in this apartment complex where celebrities and professionals live and no one has done anything about it.
Been loving living here for the past 4-5 months. The atmosphere is great and the vibe is conducive of getting work done. The people are aight, but the workers are great.
Especially having nice small talks with the cleaning staff and one of the guys at the gym like Roger. They keep the residents happy.
