1. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Lucy’s in Auburn is an absolute gem! My partner in crime, Amy, and I had an amazing time, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Jerry and Anna, our bartenders. They were not only skilled at crafting delicious drinks but also brought incredible energy and friendliness to the experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our visit unforgettable. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Lucy’s for a fantastic night out!

2. Best experience for breakfast ever! Had the brioche French toast and it was so delicious, the whipped cream was the best I’ve ever had. I ate so fast! The atmosphere definitely is a million out of five, whoever is the interior designer needs to design every building in the world. An absolutely adorable and chic place to eat. Everyone is so sweet and charming. I don’t live here but if I did, I would visit again… and again.. and again.

3. After a hike in Auburn I was on the hunt for a great meal. Came across Lucy’s and it’s great reviews so came hungry and excited. Told there was a two hour wait without a reservation so we had to sit at the bar. Started with cocktails and sharables with a friend. The Lemon Lavender donuts started out strong and we’re my fav part. The fries with truffle oil were also good. The drink was not bad but was a little odd. Had coconut but I don’t recall the name. Next another cocktail and entrees. The bartender said the chicken and waffles was the best thing on the brunch menu so took the recommendation as that’s a safe bet. Second cocktail was better but I noticed after both that they weren’t very potent and while I’m not trying to get wasted they were around $28 together but I was barely buzzed (like I enjoy being at Saturday brunch). The entree looked amazing and looks were deceiving. The chicken was dry while somehow the breading was wet. The sausage gravy is a strange choice for chicken and waffles and it missed the sweet spirit of the dish. The waffle was also pretty soft and I hoped for more bold flavors from the hash. The potatoes looked well season and had pepper and onions but it was also soft and didn’t hold much flavor. The dish felt thrown together was sad leftover components. Perhaps I just came at an off shift. I paid over $70 after tip for brunch for one and left without a buzz and disappointed. Also the restaurant never appeared more than half full so I never understood the 2 hour wait. Shrug. Great bartender though. Environment was pretty laid back and seemed nice. If you go order the donuts

4. We were passing through and decided to find a place for brunch. After a quick search and viewing this place, I knew everyone would be happy to stop here! Now, when we first walked in, we were told it was a 30 minute wait but there were several empty tables. The hostess recommended we eat at the bar, and as we were in a hurry with our tight schedule, we obliged. Now normally, I wouldn’t mention anything but hearing this and seeing how empty the restaurant was at the time was off putting. Needless to say, we were happy with our meal when we finally sat down!

   We ordered the shrimp and grits, Lucy’s big bad breakfast, the smoked salmon tartine and a Mandarin basil smash. Now that Mandarin basil smash was super refreshing for brunch and I enjoyed it! I would have preferred a bit more basil to help bring out that orange flavor, but aside from that, it was a great drink. My mom had the shrimp and grits and said that was the best shrimp and grits she had in a long time! She couldn’t stop ranting and raving about how the seasoning and cook with everything on that plate was to perfection. My mom is particular so her saying this is a compliment! My step dad had the Lucy’s bad breakfast and there was not a crumb left on that plate when he was done! He thoroughly enjoyed his food! I had the smoked salmon tartine which was good! Bit of a messy eat, as the items on the bread are loaded on there, but between the fresh ingredients and perfectly smoked salmon, I enjoyed my plate! Our waitress at the bar was very pleasant and recommended we try the lavender donuts, which we got to go! All in all, a great restaurant for the excellent customer service, remarkable food, cute decor and good vibes! When we’re in the area again, we will have to stop for dinner!

5. Great service, wonderful meal, bright and cheerful atmosphere. Our server, Claire, was delightful. It was our first visit and Claire helped us with the tough decisions. She always had a smile in her face. We will be back soon.
