Good store. The last two times I went, I used self check out. Both times, I encountered Merissa. She was rude and demeaning. She and a male coworker were talking badly about other employees in front of the customer as he checked ppl out and as she stood at the next register. Though smalle4 and busier, I’ll continue going to andronicos and to the grove market
My first visit becomes the last visit.
Service sucks. The self check out device can’t scan the QR code nor locate my cell number, staff are unfriendly and unhelpful (asked me to talk to the corporate while I let them know issues), the manager is on Lunch Break at 7ish pm which was told by the staff.
Chef special is really good!
I love it.
My GF & I not only shop at this store as customers, but come here as vendors…..to inventory and service the gift card displays. I think it was little over a year ago, this store went through a remodel/reset, so it looks fresh and clean. I can say the same of the staff, they are also super friendly and helpful to us as both shoppers and vendors.
We both much prefer coming here rather than the other “safe” supermarket at the top of the hill. Up there, it can get very backed up. But even though this Luckys can get busy, they have enough employees to keep things running smoothly. **Strongly recommend**
I really like this grocery store. Far superior to nearby Safeway. Aisles are orderly. Fruit is fresh. Employees VERY friendly and helpful. Customers friendly, too; one actually helped me to buy groceries! Just a friendly site.
No homeless living in parking lot (unlike Safeway)!
