  1. Had a wonderful experience at a great store today in Fresno. We had the pleasure of having Eddie and Miriam help us find what we needed at lucky tonight. I normally don’t pay attention on who helps me at a store, but these two staff members stood out so dramatically that they deserve a raise, and promotion because they represent the brand better than the brand represents itself.

  2. Wow! I am in absolute awe with the staff. I had never felt this comfortable purchasing denim before. Eileen (hope I’m spelling it correctly) was the best today! I have to say, best customer experience I’ve had! I will definitely be going back. She was just amazing! She gave me great compliments and offered her help without rushing me or being rude (like other stores). She also showed me different Jean options that would fit my body shape. I have to say that I finally found the store where I will be purchasing my jeans from! Thanks girl you are the best!!!!!!!! Super satisfied.

  3. I purchased a pair of there men’s jeans, and like them very much, but what’s with the teeny front pockets that are not very deep, I don’t get it😕. Will not purchase again before checking.

  4. I bought a “high end” pair of jeans from this store. I was guaranteed they were durable and quality jeans from the staff as that was a specific concern. I wore the pants less than 6 times in 3 months before the thighs just below the pockets were torn so badly they were not wearable.
    Brought them back to the store and their response was it’s normal wear and tear we cannot do anything. Even though they have a high price point unfortunately we can’t help you
