The items were good quality, but prices are big saw a black dude that was followed by some sort of a worker. Found a shop nearly with Louis Vuitton shirts purses for 5 dollars. I had terrible time.
I had an amazing shopping experience here, all thanks to Ping! đ She was kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. This place has an impressive selection and top-notch service. đđť A big shoutout to Ping for making my shopping trip an absolute delight! đ
There were several different occasions that staff here were rude to my wife and her friends. I cannot believe that employees would be rude to customers at a store that has such expensive merchandise. Youâre better off going to the LV in Waikiki.
Today I went to the LV store by Ala Moana with my mom and sister.
We were greeted by Marisa who was friendly knowledgeable who helped me grab some of the styles I was interested in.
We went on a Sunday and it was busy⌠but Marisa took the time and made sure I got the service and advice in picking out the bag.
She was super understanding and wanted me to be happy with my purchase and provided me with a wide variety of options available.
Although I didnât buy anything today but I have already shared her contact with my friends who is interested in coming to visit Hawaii and I have recommended Marisa to her.
She is great and I highly recommend you to look for her when you are planning to treat yourselfâ¤ď¸

So, I went to Lv again for my birthday and this time we were served by Le who was a knowledgeable, genuine Sales Associate that really made our experience memorable!
Le asked the right questions and took everything that she think would be a good fit for us!
In the end I decided on the Neverfull and big shoutout for Le for giving me all the variations of bags to try and being so patient for me and I am so happy with my bagâ¤ď¸.
I left the store happy and then thought⌠letâs get something for my mom for Motherâs Day so we went back in!! (Yes this store does that to you)
During that time, Le was serving another client and so we were helped by Tyler. đś
Tyler has many areas of improvement in his way of treating his client. Firstly, he didnât care about us and brushed us off when we mentioned to him what we were looking for and how we were previously served by Le. We wanted to first look for a wallet and he just took a few of them out to show us. When we had concerns about one of the wallet (the buttons was really hard to unbuckle), instead of addressing it⌠he put the wallet back and went on his phone⌠and was disengaged in serving usâŚ. in my opinion was quite unprofessional especially when we are actually interested in shopping and buying something for our mom.
In the end, Tyler walked over to Le and asked to switched. We were happy because I personally didnât want to deal with someone who didnât really cared or want my business. In the end, We ended up getting a wallet for my mom AND an Alma bb that Le showed us. ( my sister and my mom loved that bag!)
One of the reason why we went back to Le was because she cared and was genuine. My mom was amazed by how she was able to understand our needs and choose the bags we loved! Also, she didnât make us feel rush and I will be sending her contact to all my friends and family that will visit Hawaii to Le!
One last thing I want to mention was, when I didnât know where the keys were, I texted Le and she immediately responseâŚ. Service level 200/100â¤ď¸
*Sorry Tyler, if this is how you treat clientsâŚ. You wouldnât be successful in your job⌠I think you need to learn from your superstore coworker who is exceptional in what she doesđ*
Very likely the rudest staff Iâve encountered in any LV store. No thanks Teresa, work on your smile and try to treat people with kindness. In my past visits to this store I was impressed with the staffâs friendliness and helpful demeanor. This was not the treating I expected nor would tolerate.
