  1. Give Brandon in the leasing office a raise. Really cheerful, great communicator, and knowledgable about how the systems work.

He got timely answers from other areas of the company and accurately sketched out solutions to the problems I was having.

For whatever other issues/challenges the place may present, Brandon was patient, kind, and dogged in helping me with setting up accounts and solving problems arising from a pretty confusing website.

He’s a valuable asset to the organization. Please keep him.

    And give him a raise.

Disclosure: I am not related to, nor have I ever met him.

    Tnx. Tnx.

  2. You literally can not make this stuff up. They took away over 30 parking spots from residents to build ADUs to which they are non stop working on. There’s always so much noise starting as early as 7:30am. We’ve begged them to stop but DECRON DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ITS TENANTS….JUST PROFIT. Look at what they’ve done to our yards. Look at what we have to look at and listen to every single day since October of 2023. No apologies. No stipend. No kindness. They’re replaced all of the maintenance people with unfamiliar faces. Most of us work from home and we can’t. Many of us are artist so just forget about self tapes because the constant banging, loud talking and music playing from maintenance makes it impossible.

Don’t move here guys. Spare yourself.

The gym equipment is old and falling apart. The clubhouse has 1970s furniture… but do you think Decron cares nope!!! Instead of fixing anything they built so that they could what? Make more money. The big shots come over and take up what’s left of the parking in their lamborghini trucks. If I could warn anyone I would say go somewhere where you’re appreciated. All
of my friends have places that host movie nights and have snacks they do nice things for their tenants after all Decron has put us through they haven’t done one single thing for us. it’s so disheartening.Ohhh did I mention that they passed on the charges of these upgrades to the residents? Yep. Went to the city to add it to our rent. Sure did! A week before they started. Also, since our water, trash and sewage is added to our rent guess what else went up as a result of the construction???? YEP! They think we haven’t noticed but the residents have. You see with construction comes a lot of waste and water usage and who’s paying for it? Yep! Once again the tenants that they don’t appreciate. I can’t imagine where these new tenants are going to park or how they’re going to
use the amenities… but what I do
know is that Decron doesn’t care and they probably never will. 30 plus parking spots gone to make studios with one window. Remember that.

  3. For me, the best part of living here is the constant harmonious sounds of construction above and below my apartment 7 days a week. I love hearing the sound of a power drill before 8am on a Saturday, I love hearing the cacophony of the clatters and clanks, I love being stared at by upwards of 20-25 construction workers on my way to my car. It’s a real vibe. I think it’s extra special that they increased my rent while fully knowing that they were renovating the apartment directly above me (in addition to the hilarious garage units below) and when I emailed them to ask what the noise was they ignored it – that’s VIP treatment right there baby!!! It’s actually really cool to be trying to sleep in on a weekend to be woken up by what I can only assume is boulders being thrown down onto the ceiling – or maybe they’re importing sequoias to toss around up there, God know they have extra cash flow from my exorbitant amount of rent! If you’re in the mood to get psychologically tortured for 8 days a week, look no further. In the meantime, I’ll be treating myself to a nice waterboarding, cause that’s way more enjoyable than the last six months of living here.

  4. DecRon, the company is terrible. The staff is great. In response to the reply from Decron, below. I and other tenants have reached out to upper management multiple times about the broken and outdated gym equipment, lack of permits, the construction problems, putting WiFi in the pool area for people pushed out of their apartments by noise from construction, etc. No satisfying response from upper management.
