  1. Kamron is the best property manager ever! The apartments are so cute and adorable, and if ever there’s a maintenance issue it is taken care of immediately!

The trains are loud, there is no getting around that. But there is good insulation within the walls that keep the noise from adjacent neighbors down and does help to mitigate the train noise. What negatives arise from being in such a busy location are offset by the incredible management of the apartment complex. The apartment is so well-kept and the management team is so responsive.

  2. I don’t know where all of these positive reviews come from. I’m not the type to leave reviews, but for the nine months that I’ve been here, there has not been a moment of peace and quiet. The train is absolutely unbearable. You cannot, under any circumstance, have the windows open. The train passes by every 20 minutes 7 days of the week and it’s not the kind of noise that you can just get used to. Even with the windows closed, you hear it. Whether it is 9 PM, 4 AM, or 9 AM, the train will always greet you with its unbearable horn, especially if the conductor is having a bad day.
Besides the train, even when you have the blinds closed, the sun seeps into the room and torches the carpet, turning the room into an oven that you cannot sit comfortably in. The blinds dont block sunlight properly, and the carpet just absorbs it all. It was truly unbearable in the summer.
As if the train noise wasn’t enough, there are trucks idling on the adjacent property pretty much every morning, causing a super loud commotion that just lights up the morning. With the train that sounds like its going through your apartment, the cars that pass by on the adjacent highway, and the planes flying over from the airport next door, this apartment complex is truly an exceptional find.

  3. Kamron is the best property manager I have ever had. Responsive. Helpful. Accommodating. Caring.

The property is excellent as well. Unique and interesting layouts, quiet, safe.

I was worried when I moved in that I would hear the train, and while that was true if I had the windows open, the building is built so well that it wasn’t a bother if I had the windows closed.

Great value, great location, great management. I was very happy for the two years I lived there.

  4. I lived in Loft for 3 1/2 years with my boyfriend and dog. We loved living here and the apartments are super nice. We loved all the modern finishes (especially the kitchen), AC, and having 2 levels. The place is dog friendly and had a great back yard for them to play. The complex is very clean and so pretty. I absolutely hate bugs and I only saw 1 spider in my apartment the whole time I was there! I loved having the windows from floor to ceiling it provided nice natural light. Joaquin is the property caretaker and doesn’t get enough credit for his rapid maintenance. He is the foundation of that property and always did an amazing job. The two things you have to get use to is the train and there is a club on the other side of the complex. When the windows are shut you don’t hear the club which is nice. Karman, the property manager, was amazing and made sure everyone’s needs were met. She is the best property manager I have had in 8 years of renting. The only reason we moved was to get closer to work but we definitely miss a lot of the features this apartment had.

  5. I love living here I have lived here for over two years. The complex is pet friendly and location is great it’s close to freeways ,downtown ,Point Loma and old town. Property management and maintenance staff are great. They are helpful, kind and fix problems right away. Which is rare in San Diego. The neighborhood has some noise from the club across the street on weekends and the train but we do live in the city. The units are beautiful and well-maintained, the building and parking garage have controlled access for security purposes and security guards are on site on Friday and Saturday night.
