Honestly, the best part of working with Justin on the purchase of my new home was that after we found the right home and made the offer, I didn’t have to stress about anything! Buying a home can be scary, and I was so anxious about how it would all come together, but with Justin and the LocAL team– my mind was put at ease and we had a successful closing last Thursday!   3. Unethical. Ethics compliant filed with Realtors Association… They were the seller’s agent on a house we wanted to buy. We offered to purchase the house sight-unseen at $200k over the asking price, contingencies waived. They accepted the initial offer with a few changes. They confirmed there were no other offers or seriously interested buyers yet. We matched the changes and sent a formal contract. They shopped our contract to another buyer, their client, without our knowledge. Their buyer matched our offer which they persuaded their seller to accept because they would keep both sides of the commission. This was not only unethical to us, but also a loss to their seller as we were willing to offer more, had we known there was competition.

  4. Trust. It’s a small word with huge implications. Selling a home is a major endeavor and there are a million things to consider throughout the process. This is your property, whether you’ve lived there for a long time and have created countless memories there, or you purchased it as an investment. Regardless, it’s your property and you want – no, you need someone that you can trust to shepherd you through the sales process. That’s one of the biggest reasons why I would recommend this group to any and everyone. We had a full price offer on our house within 24 hours of it going live. Of course we were thrilled, but that turned to disappointed when the potential buyer’s financing fell through. Jeremy asked us to simply trust him and assured us that he would continue to press on. Several more offers came in – some good, some laughable. Jeremy brought us everything and was very up front and honest about all of it. Then, another full price offer without a million requested concessions was in hand. The negotiation process was smooth, as Jeremy didn’t press us or try to sway our position at all. He understands that this is your property and the decisions regarding it have to truly come from you. His group’s willingness to respect what we wanted and drive that for best effect was truly refreshing. Things got a little hairy as we neared closing, but that’s honestly where Jeremy shined the most. We didn’t go through a single frustrating moment alone. It was as though he felt every bit of it with us – and he reacted accordingly. If you’re looking for a person/company who will go to the mat for you – be it with a potential buyer, buyer’s agent, title company, etc… Jeremy Miller and Company should be your first and last stop. They’re passionate, aggressive and truly committed to making the sale of your home as smooth and worry free as possible. Our home sold quickly and at full price. Our net equity was also increased due to the fact that they don’t charge a percentage of the sale price when they list your home. They actually operate on a flat fee model which saved us thousands. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received and we will definitely use them again.
