  2. Calm, caring, knowledgeable, connected, professional with integrity.
    I know Morgan from past personal associations. She was my first choice from the moment I decided I was up to relocate back to home area. We placed multiple offers and nothing matching my needs after about a month of offers . I decided to make a trip home and Morgan was unable to meet with me that weekend and see the area in person. On my trip home I ran into another realtor he hooked me with big promises,a great price and quick delivery date. In my desired Eastside location. I was to pick all the colors and textures from roof to foundation.
    So I was contacted almost daily for 90 days. I was contacted for colors,roofing, flooring. Original close date today was 9/28 , 10/16 and once again 10/26 . My lease ended in Tampa 10/14. I was moving from Tampa back home to Pensacola.
    I finally arrived on site and took one look at the house the date was 10/23 it was not close to done and remains in shambles. I promptly reach back out to Morgan.
    To see if she had any properties that I might want to see or if her brother listed his property. We scheduled a showing for the next morning and by the end of the day offer excepted. The moment the offer was accepted she gave solid directions on what’s next, home inspections, termite bond ,insurance all the details and list of potential providers for me to choose, if did not have my own.
    We closed on the house on 12 /9/20 everything was smooth sailing , in spite of Post Sally . Upon my first weekend in my new home my German Shepherd discovered a hole in back fence.
    Not sure how we all missed but we did .
    I contacted Morgan with my concern .She said give her time to investigate.
    Monday she called to tell me that she spoke with her brother and encouraged him to use Left over inspection repair money to help me cover the fence repair. Thats integrity in action she did not have to do this as I simply missed it on final walk through . Do yourself a huge favor and chose Morgan as your realtor!

    Note that my 5,000 earnest money and fees have not been returned to date from the other realtor and I now had to hire an attorney.
    Morgan can save you from a potential nightmare experience!

  3. Hands down the best real estate company in lower Alabama and NW Florida. The customers needs are addressed from the beginning to the end. Morgan and her team are true professionals with great personalities and a enjoyable sense of humor.
