Little Point Clear was such a treat! The accommodations were wonderful: comfortable bed, roomy interior, sweet outdoor area with fire pit, bicycles, and lovely decor. The location was perfect and we just loved biking up and down the path along the bay to/fro the beach and downtown. Local restaurants and coffee shops were fantastic, as well. Cannot wait to go back to this adorable place and stay longer.
We really enjoyed our stay! We’ll definitely be back. There are some fun amenities like your own fire pit, bikes, boats, etc. The room was clean and the owners were very accommodating to us arriving late. It truly feels like your own little oasis.
We stayed 3 nights the end of April in the Middle bay studio and loft. I had a few questions for the owner prior to coming and unfortunately it took several weeks to get a response from her. The entire place is beautiful and our studio/loft was fun, comfortable, pretty clean (just dust on wall and light fixtures) and pretty. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Was a great space for our family.
You should know that this is not a quiet place. It is literally 20ft from the road that is busy, albeit a slower MPH. There was construction being done on property so that was noisy and another visitor had a barky dog that the owners dog would bark back at when there. So between the road, construction and barking dogs it wasn’t nice to relax outside in the am with coffee and read. There is also no private or quick access to the beach/sand/bay. There is a public access point that you can walk to and walk on a sidewalk by the bay, however to get down on the sand it’s a drive up the road.
Perfect stay for a weekend getaway that is convenient to everything Fairhope has to offer. Walk or bike to the Grand, 10 minute drive to downtown. Everything my family needed for a relaxing yet fun vacation. Our suite was clean, new, and great AC – a must in the Deep South.
I would give the service 0 stars if that was an option.
If you are a bride and considering booking this venue for your wedding, you need to read this review before you consider. Tricia and Kyle were very unprofessional when discussing booking my rehearsal dinner and suites for my wedding in 2025. Before sending me a contract or allowing me to pay my deposit, they booked another bride without letting me know first for the bridal suites. They did not inform us of this and did not give me the chance to pay a deposit. They booked it right under my nose. When my mom contacted them about this, they stated “well, we thought it was out of your budget”. A budget was never discussed with them. This was their “assumption”. Even with this incident I wanted to proceed with booking the rehearsal dinner. I asked for an updated contract without the bridal suites so that I knew what my deposit would be. I emailed them several times and the invoice was not updated. Finally, when it was updated, I emailed and said we are ready to send a deposit, let us know how to proceed. Their next email said that they booked Friday night rehearsal dinner with another bride and we could not do our rehearsal dinner there. My mom and I were speechless. They booked with another bride again right under our nose without even calling or letting us know. They did not give us an opportunity to send a deposit. These two people are very unprofessional and very unorganized. This review is meant to be a warning to any bride in the future looking at this venue.
