So, my fiancé and I procrastinated on our tax preparation, which is not recommended. He has a demanding work schedule with night shifts and excessive overtime, making mornings very challenging. We finally had a day to reach out and find someone to help us out so we called several large tax agencies, but they were not accepting new clients. I then decided to search on Google and that’s when I ran across Little Income Tax Service LLC. We called and spoke with Swacella Little, she heard us out and was very understanding and accommodating, scheduling a meeting for the very next day.
Swacella Little provided us with such excellent service. From start to finish, she was a consummate professional, making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Ms. Little was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, she took her time to answer all of our questions and also addressed all of our concerns that we had. Ms. Little made sure that we understood everything that was going on and provided clear, concise explanations of each step during the entire process.
With an added bonus, she was also friendly and personable. My fiancé gets very anxious when giving his information out but Ms. Little made sure he felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which is especially important when dealing with something as potentially stressful as this.
