My dad took a walk to our neighborhood Liberty Tax located on the corner of Ashlan and Fresno Street.
He actually dropped off my papers for me, of course the tax preparer Michelle that helped him was actually not in the office so he was assisted by Johnny. They had a few questions for me via phone and I was able to come into the office to sign my docs.
Johnny was busy with a client so I was able to meet with Michelle.
Let me tell you! I was thoroughly impressed by both Michelle and Johnny. They both recalled my dad from the week prior and recalled the conversations and that alone touched my heart, they really care about the Clients who walk through the doors at Liberty Tax.
I stayed way longer then I needed too talking to both Johnny and Michelle as if we have known one another forever! I will be back every year to support our local tax professionals. I truly appreciate the time they took to care for my dad and myself.
Bonus is they will be open all year long for livescan fingerprinting!

I finally quit doing my own taxes and had my return filed by the team at this location. Johnny and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get more back even with paying the reasonable fee they charged me.
