1. It’s been an absolutely terrible experience. Their management are some of the most unprofessional petty people that we have ever worked with. Their maintenance departments customer service is great but the work being done is absolutely sub par. The amount of money that they charge accompanied but the fees added is absolutely insane. The navy should not have them as a contractor for military housing.

2. I absolutely love going to this housing office Salette and her team in the office are always so kind and accommodating when addressing my needs and my concerns . When my husband is away they really make life easier because I struggle with various disorders that keep me from feeling great all the time. When I go there I receive top notch service that put my mind and heart at ease! Grateful to have this team here!

3. Davis is a very thorough and a consistent maintenance worker. Every time he services our home he not only takes care of the issue (correctly, the first time) but he also explains what he’s doing. I have had a couple maintenance requests in the past, that required follow-up. Each time he made sure to call before he came and to check in, if he felt like he was running late. He always has a smile and very understanding! Jessica is also very thorough!! We needed a repair in our bathroom. And instead of going over someone else’s work, she literally waited until all the materials came in and came back and did it from scratch so it would last!! Both workers are amazing!!!

4. The maintenance workers are always very kind and professional. We can’t say enough about them!! I can’t imagine the stress and pressure they endure in their line of work daily; yet, they always show up with a smile and take care of our home. Kudos to Davis and Bernardo!
   Unfortunately, the encounters I’ve had with the staff at the local offices have not always been very pleasant, but a couple ladies stood out with how personable and attentive they are – Shanin Z. and Dena N.

5. Find a home in Hanford/Visalia and save yourself the headache of LMH. We’ve been here for a while (when they were still Lincoln). The maintenance workers I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were always friendly and polite. The issue is the awful upper management team. If they tell you to contact the district manager don’t waste your time. She never actually gets back to you. Beth that was in the housing office was the most petty, unprofessional women I have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. LMH will make sure to do the least amount of work or the cheapest while charging people as much as possible. They are nothing more than glorified slumlords and it’s embarrassing that the Navy allows it.
   Don’t worry if they won’t answer the phones you can catch them riding around on their golf cart looking at houses for things to leave “violation” notices for. They also pick and choose which houses have to follow community standards and which ones don’t have too. It’s a perk of living here I suppose. Spend the money off base and live somewhere else. For your sanity, if nothing else.
