  1. Feel kinda jaded. So I went to court to try to prevent from being put out of my house due to discrimination, but was told that it only applies to federal housing. Iā€™m just now finding out thatā€™s not true and filed a complaint with the real estate commission and just fight this on my own. We were told to get out due to owners selling their property. However, thatā€™s a lie and all the Hispanics on my street were also told they have to leave when their lease is up due to properties being sold, but now those houses are up for rent!!! Every last one that supposedly was up for sale! So our attorney didnā€™t know the proper laws or maybe just didnā€™t feel like dealing with the case. Either way, the real estate commission said this is definitely discrimination and took my complaint! Very disappointing because weā€™ve been living in a hotel when we didnā€™t have to!

  2. Wouldnā€™t Help me with a Billing Code Mistake , I was to slow to respond to the lawyer request? why, because the code mistake was made on a Cancer treatment I was supposed to get, I donā€™t have help, Cancer can be VERY Hard on your well being. Along with Back Surgery with Hardware. Anyway, ā˜¹ļøšŸ˜”šŸ˜•šŸ˜·

  3. If there was a Matessa Collins Henderson who worked for you between 2021 and 2022. Please remove her. She had my custody case and refused to submit my evidence. She walked right around that table, gave all my kids homeschool books and doctors receipts a good slap and then proceeded to ask if I had ever been evicted or had the power shut off. The judge said I was guilty of medical and educational neglect. When my evidence was right there. Iā€™m looking up Brady Duty now. She then left me at the mercy of CPS who took my kids during the hearing without a warrant or 24 hours notice. Sheā€™s a saboteur. She and administrator Demos and GAL Mike Cooper all railroaded me for money. No one has ever apologized or set the record straight. They gave me back custody of my kids, but still the damage was irreparable. I had to move out of state. Is Demos pretending to be a judge or is she an actual article III judge? Practicing law before becoming judge is unconstitutional by the way. And Matessa and all the other attorneys knew this. Demos had the audacity to put on the last court order that their father who clearly stated he did not want to see his kids ever again would still have visitation rights instead of moving to terminate his rights and that I was rude. Yes. I was. I had my shoes in the pew next to me ready to throw them at her. I was going to end my case that day. I was rude Because she tore my family apart for a drug addict while the GAL had everyone convinced I was having sex with my own daughters. Represent yourself if you can in any court. File a civil rights violation against the judge and every CPS agent involved. Use Title 5 USC 3331 and title 18 USC 912 on the judge. Get their oaths of office and go to town.

  4. Too bad I canā€™t leave negative star ratings! These people turned my child custody case away because there is no domestic violence involved!! I am a veteran and the fact that they boast about how many veterans they have helped makes me sick! Thank you for showing me that my fight for my child is of NO importance to you Legal Services Alabama!!

  5. Men are underserved here, donā€™t waste your time. The established practice in principle is a font of intersectionality and only supports the divestment and feminization of men in our culture. It operates under a political force of administration by choice selection.

I was told 3 months ago someone would get in touch with me in or around 7-2-18.
I was patient cause it was explained they have a heavy caseload. I finally broke down and called on 8-26-18 and told they couldnā€™t help me cause ā€œmy case was too complexā€ after I explained my spouse had moved out of state without me knowing . Five childrenā€™s lives and stability is important, but since Iā€™m male it was loosely explained that I was trying to avoid child supportā€¦.. I just want more custody of my children than the nothing Iā€™ve had in the last 3 months.

Clearly this agency does not stand for fatherā€™s rights.
