  1. So happy in my new home at Lakewood! Anica, one of the realtors helped me through the application process. When she showed me the model apartment I loved how tasteful, smart and fresh these world class view apartments from
the southwest side of San Francisco are designed. The backyard for these resort vibe apartments is one of the three golf courses at the Olympic Club. There is a heated luxury pool, hot tub, the works! The best part from my balcony is the view. A view that is just breathtaking and brilliantly features the mountains, peaks, trees, lakes, and skyline of San Francisco! Thank you Anica!!!!! Eternally grateful! I moved in Christmas Tree and all. The neighbors all seem down-to-earth and classy. There’s something very upscale about the atmosphere here. And I’m pretty sure it is trickling down from the loving and graceful managers in the office to the groundkeepers that clearly are happy making this our home!

  2. Been living here for about a year and half and this is what I would have to say so far.

    Management:
Haven’t had an issue with management and they been hosting a lot of things for the community, and they do give us updates through emails which is great.

    Location:
The view is really pretty and a lot of people walk around the area there’s a huge open of water you get to see people canoeing and riding bikes. Sometimes you get the occasion of crackheads (typical sf day) so just be careful if you plan on going outside.

    Price/ Appearance:
Fair and good pricing for what the place looks like and how expensive California can be. The sizing is great too. The inside, you get a medium size fridge popcorn ceilings beige/brownish carpet. Old looking stove. The closet doors are super annoying and they break off a lot easily. And the shower is really tiny nyc type of style. And my neighbors have been quiet. I have never had any issue with noises here. Only problem is this person lets their dog walk without a leash around the apartment which is very inconvenient and dangerous if someone is allergic or has a fear of dogs.

    Parking:
Outside parking is usually full but not bad. The garage is great you get one parking spot to yourself. 🚗

    Dryer/Washer:
Someone stole my items from the dryer which is an bummer so just be careful with your things. As well, the dryer do not dry that well you sometimes have to dry your things twice. But it still gets the job done.

    Package room:
I know a lot of people had an issue with their packages getting stolen, so the management changed how we get our packages. Now we walk in we have to give our ID and write down on a piece of paper and then we get the keys to the package room. Only issue I have about that is people easily spread diseases and dirt from everyone holding a key all day so I hope they can change something about that.

    Water shut offs:
We get a lot of water shut down emergency’s like every month so we would go hours without water however, they do let everyone know hours/a day/ in advance about it.

    Interior:
The hallways smell terrible it’s like a mix of pee, cigarettes, and throw up mixed in a pot. The inside of the buildings has an old fashion carpet and ugly 😬 paint color on the walls and doors. The inside of the building really needs work it looks very run down and out of style.

    Issues:
There’s a lot of odd people who live here no offense you can tell they are using and some straight up like cigarettes and there have been some people who block the entry of the garage by parking at the gate. Also, I saw someone dog poop next to my door. And I seen a lot of reviews here that issue about dogs poop the management really can’t do much about it honestly.

    Ac/Heater:
There’s no ac which is normal in sf you don’t really need it you can pop up the window and it gets cold. But I do recommend getting a fan because some days can get super hot. You as well get a heater but when u turn it on it smells burnt so I don’t really use it.

    Uber:
If you need to take Ubers make you tell your Uber where you need to be drop off because for some reason on the map it doesn’t really show which building to go to there’s building E,F,G, and so on and sometimes the map takes you to other building which is super annoying so just make sure you check your Uber is going to the right side.

With that being said this place is decent for the price you get what you pay for. And to be honest no matter where you live in Sf you’re going to see people who are out of their mind and alot of homeless people. There’s been a lot of break in of cars recently so just make sure you get anything valuable out of your car. So if you are planning to moving here just keep that in mind and be careful this city is beautiful but does get ugly real fast.

  3. Was a good place some years ago!
9 months asking to fix a door to stop mosquitoes, Spiders and insects to go inside and we only receive excuses. Maintenance of Laundry room doesn’t exist, people wash clothes and mattress of pets in the same place that you have to wash your clothes, homeless sleeping in the lobby.
    I don’t recommend this place!
The location is amazing this is the only good point

  4. I want to thank to thank Vanessa and Jessica for the amazing social events they host. This is truly an amazing place to live. They have the best office staff and amazing maintenance crew.
I highly recommend this place to live and call home. It has beautiful views of the lake, golf course and eucalyptus trees.
