Raymond took his time and assessed every possibility as to why my freezer was not freezing. What could have been an $1800 service call, turned out to be $250. Glad I found this company, no one else within 30 miles would work on my Sub Zero fridge. The tech was easy to schedule and communicated well before his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered up a part to replace.
