The associates were friendly, I got a good deal on some shirts. They have some polo shirt that you can customize with initials or names.
Excellent service and staff is friendly and welcoming. Picked out a few polos, and the manager Jerry was sharing the history of Lacoste, and he suggested complementary items that created a whole look. Encouraged me to try things on to really get a feel of how the polos fit and other items too. I appreciated his honesty and was very happy with my purchase. Some items were on sale, and Jerry asked if I was in the military, which I am, and he offered me 10% off on a few full priced merchandise, introduced me to a rewards program, and thanked me for my service. I’ll definitely return. Mahalo!
On February 24th, 2021, my mom went to return some items that she had bought a few days ago – bags and shirts. There are no words to describe the disappointment in customer service that my mother received. Upon returning her items, she was told, “Maybe next time make sure you think before you buy.” What kind of sales representative says that with the hope that the customer will come back? Truly it is sickening that my mom had to go through with that level of rudeness. We have been buying items from Lacoste for years and we expect better.
Me and my husband were there today while shopping at the Ala Moana Shopping Mall. When we walked into the store we barely received a greeting, and the entire time the worker stood right behind my huaband racially profiling him thinking he was about to Steal!!! Other customers walked into the store they were greeted, and not followed! The worker continued to stand behind my husband. My husband works hard everyday he could have bout that whole store if he wanted to!!! I told my husband the guy was just standing directly behind him. My husband looked up and seen it for hisself and walked out without purchasing anything!!!! Lacoste learn how to treat everyone with respect! You lost a customer today!!!
When did Lacoste stopped being cool? This store is little but has a variety of selection from shirts and jackets to bags to shoes
