  1. The cleanliness was on point, the staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Only thing Iā€™d say needs to change is their coffee. Brewed coffee vs out of a machine can change the direction of your day! Signed a coffee enthusiast!

  2. Wouldnā€™t stay again, the people at the reception desk were not friendly or welcoming. Got charged a hundred dollars for room and an additional security deposit of 100 dollars was taken from my account. I left room clean and tidy and even vacuumed it. They say that the deposit will be returned to me but beware! Other places Iā€™ve stayed donā€™t actually take a deposit out, it stays pending until you check out and then drops off. Also, coffee was just water coming out at breakfast.

  3. Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly. Very welcoming to us and my little dog.
But the rooms were not clean. See my pictures. Itā€™s truly time for a redo.
    Felt safe at all times.
I believe the cleaning crew stole my Apple charger as I had left it plugged in when we left for a few hours. My parentā€™s Apple charger was also stolen. I did report the theft. No, they didnā€™t seem to care.
I shouldnā€™t have left it in sight but it still makes me sad.
The rooms were my issue. I had to lift my door in order to bolt it from the inside. There were hygienic and cleanliness problems. I didnā€™t trust the system of the ā€œpromisedā€ clean.
I was a bit grossed out. It does make one wonder if sheets are really clean, and the towels looked like they had been there for a hot minute. They were definitely not fresh. I left the lamps on in hopes they would notice the burned out bulbs but No. I was stunned to see that the packages at the coffee maker had already been opened and were not replaced before my arrival. I left them there, once again, thinking that housekeeping would replace them the next day but No. It was a dusty room and as you can see by my pictures there was some gunk on the lamps.
So they are rated a 2 star????? I believe that, but I think they could do better.

  4. I wasnā€™t even staying here. I asked to use the bathroom as a traveler. First off, THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME USE THE BATHROOM. Most companies wouldnā€™t let this happen in my experience. The two front desk attendants around 8/9pm were great. Great spirits and great attitudes. The facility was clean. I can only imagine how the rooms were. If I need a place to sleep. For sure would pick this location.
