We had an amazing experience during our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The employees were kind and welcoming and the breakfast was a delicious way to start the day. Itās location was perfect too. Only 20-30 minutes from Huntington Beach (if youāre traveling with your fur baby Huntington Beach has a beautiful dog beach that my baby loved and the hotel is dog friendly), 15 min from Knotts Berry Farm, and an hour from Santa Monica Pier. We will definitely stay here again the next time weāre in town.
Not impressed. First they want to nickel and dime you for everything. Checking in an hour early? $25. More than 1 car? $10. Now to my dismay the jacuzzi is ice cold and abandoned. Might have to look elsewhere for a stay.
WiFi is also bad!
My reservation was not honored, it was cancelled and couldnāt get my points in. As you enter the room, thereās a smell of urine so disgusting. The door wouldnāt lock, thank goodness for the deadbolt. We were not advised there was a deposit charge of $100, wouldāve been great to know.
The bed was comfortable and we had extra pillows in our room which is a plus, the cleanliness was ok. A few misses here and there, I just couldnāt get over the smell.
The outlets didnāt work properly so I couldnāt charge my laptop properly when working. Service was ok, the front desk was neutral. Breakfast consist of eggs, sausage and taters. Accompanied by bagels, waffle and cereal.
Overall a 5/10, will probably not return just because the room smells horrid.
I came here to do a few personal errands out of town with my family, we enjoyed being in a clean spacious and quiet room we had the rest we very much needed and I would definitely come back. I personally think the breakfast can be better quality and yummier but that might just be me.
Do not stay here! Staff is not it, especially the cleaning lady ! They will take your money so quick! The fact they know she has a bad attitude is worse! It was a good stain & the lady was mad & snatching stuff! I told them & found out she told them to charge me? Excuse me? Iāve been to hotels where they clean blood stains without a charge! You just donāt like your job! Please stop it
