Pros: lobby smelled good and they allowed early check in (1.5 hours)
Cons: rooms a small, odd set up, not a great neighborhood, staff was creepy and watching us unload the car then would be where we were going before we got there, no laundry room (out of service), treadmill not working, coffee in lobby was old and cold, no pool, when leaving at 2am, cars parked, blocking other cars in, in their parking garage. Area not the best.
This is not a 4 star hotel at all- definitely would not recommend.
5 minutes from everywhere. The rooms are extremely comfortable with very tall ceilings. Refrigerator and microwave. There’s a full breakfast bar from 6:30 to 9:30 everyday so there’s guessing what time is breakfast over. Parking is a tad tight but very convenient . The amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion is already provided by the hotel. This is my permanent hotel whenever I’m in the Los Angeles area
Solid option for budget traveling. Free breakfast, free parking, close to sofi. Only downside is that it’s not located in the best area but overall great experience.
I accidentally booked disability room initially which had a musty smell but Gustav at the front desk was accommodating and moved us to a better room on the floor above. A/C worked well and room was clean, depending on the side of the hotel your room is on you may hear noise from the street below. 7.5/10
Everyone is so nice and polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.! Parking is private ! The rooms are very comfortable and clean . We came to visit LA for my son birthday . I didn’t think the hotel would be so good because the area didn’t seem like the best. But I have added this hotel as my favorite place to stay when I come to visit LA .
Loved that it was close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was typical, but the great thing was they had several different sugar-free jelly flavors and a few other things for diabetic folk.
I could hear the neighbors on occasion, but not much worse than other hotels.
