Love the place the beds were very comfortable, all pets are welcome. It was very impressive, to see many people from other countries in the hotel. Tokyo, the middle eastern, Argentina, Japan, wow! the staff very nice. The only thing I will suggest is to take care of them corridors or hallways. They need a new carpet other than that everything is good.
The room is okay. The exhaust fan needs to be cleaned, and the ring around the shower head needs to be fixed. I canât understand why these things werenât taken care of because they are very noticeable.
The front desk staff and breakfast staff were great, but housekeeping can use some work. They do not automatically clean your room. You have to request it, which is fine. But when I asked for them to just change the towels and empty the trash, they couldnât do that. Every day, I had to call and remind them.
The location is good. It is close to the freeway and eating establishments. They do need a better entry system as they keep both doors locked at all times.
This used to be a great hotel to stay in, but not so much now. Checked in on Thursday.
Room was ok. Bed comfortable.
Signed up for cleaning on Sunday, and also called to make sure we were on the schedule. Room not cleaned. Their response was âSorry bout thatâ.
Hotel lobby locked 24/7. Need your room key to get in.
Could not believe how filthy the hall carpet was in the hallways. Asked when they clean them and they replied they clean a different floor weekly. When you got off the elevator, it smelled like dirty motor oil. Hall not vacuumed during our stay.
We checked in on Thursday and on Monday I told them the elevator floors still hadnât been washed since we had been there.
The accessible rooms around the first and second floor is, and those are the floors where they have pets allowed. They arenât too observant because a dog pissed by the elevator when we were getting ready to leave and it had not been cleaned up yet.

We checked out early.
My family and I visited California from TX and the room was perfect size with many accommodations. We had the perfect view and weâre right by the pool. Loved everything about this place accept that the elevators were extremely slow and one even stopped for like 3 minutes without moving I think because there was this lady who was pressing all the buttons and the elevator was going down but the lady kept pressing the upper levels so it may have been confused . But other than that it was a great experience and accurately priced. Will stay here again when/if we visit again. It was also central to the amusement parks , beach, and easy drive to Los Angels.
Service is always great, staff being super friendly as always. Plenty of parking around the property. The lobby is big and nice, havenât tried the breakfast but it smells delightful every time I check out.
The rooms arenât so bad, theyâre clean enough and spacious. AC works great, complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. I always have enough towels for our stay.
I think the only thing I dislike is the bathroom doors, theyâre like closet style and not so much privacy. The couches are a bit out of style and need a little pick me up but other than that everything is great.
