1. Great room and outside entry rather than walking through a hall and u have a terrace are which is cool. Rooms are large, clean and very nice. Only down side was my shower was pretty dirty on the floor/corners but overall everything was great.

2. there were bedbug stains on the bed sheets. it was so late we couldn’t call to get them changed. lady came the next day and immediately stripped the bed and put on new ones. the breakfast is carbs only, on the website it says there would be eggs, fresh fruit, protein. the milk was spoiled and the waffle maker was constantly dirty. no sugar free options at all, not even syrup. The room was nice and pretty much clean other than sheets. really no complaints about the actual room, overall enjoyed our stay but could have been better.

3. The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel environment. No compensation from the property for this terrible service and experience. Hotel room was extremely dirty and unsanitary. Sheets, bedding, towels, furniture had multiple stains and were all used. Sticky countertops and multiple bugs everywhere. Bathroom so disgusting, you could barely bathe or walk on floor bare foot. Had to shower in flip flops. Just overall horrible. I was not refunded properly for only staying onsite for 4 hours. Conditions were so unbearable, immediate cancellation was requested and not compensated or fully refunded!

4. The location is a little off, but I stayed here for a week for work and it was very nice! The room I stayed in was newly renovated, and was pretty spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple; waffles, bread selection, cereal, juice but still filling. They had to start breakfast an hour later than their usual time, but it wasn’t an issue for me. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing and friendly. My usual problem with most hotels are thin walls and horse footed people above our room, but neither loud TV nor stumbling elephant came through the walls/ceiling, so it was a pleasantly quiet stay!

   My only gripe was that housekeeping still went into my room despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, which I left on because my pet was in the room. They made the bed and took out the bathroom trash, but didn’t switch out any towels. They only did it once, thankfully.

5. I called to make a reservation and was assured that everything was in order, so I provided my card information. However, upon arrival, the man at the front desk was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. He informed me that there was no record of my reservation and insisted that I pay again. Despite providing him with the confirmation number, he refused to accommodate me. Furthermore, he began insulting me and imposed a penalty for the room, refusing to refund my payment even though their online policy clearly states free cancellation. I strongly advise against staying here. The front desk staff are highly unprofessional, and their actions suggest an intent to defraud customers. I’ve stayed at these hotels for years and I’ve never had problems like this before.
