The service at this pharmacy is terrible. So many people come here for the fuel points and convenience they just don’t care. There are some good eggs, but mostly snarky and apathetic, sometimes just plain rude and abrasive.
Nobody knows what they are doing . I spoke with 3 people that don’t know anything about their work and I’m waiting on the line for a supervisor who will probably know nothing as well.
Awesome! Very nice to customers handle my problem quickly for a medication that I couldn’t skip due to CVS being out of stock.

Young gentlemen answered my call and was absolutely rude and abrupt, did not want to hear what was the issue, kept on interrupting me, when finally I asked for a pharmacy manager he said he was the manager… WOW!!! Pharmacy Manager talk to a customers like that? It is a shame for a Kroger to have a managers who does not know how to talk to people. Needless to say I pulled my business from them. Unfortunately, I am sure this so called manager do not care how many customers Kroger will lose because of his attitude, but I just know for sure I do not need to deal with this. I hope Kroger can address this issue so he is not going to make difficult for others.
The staff main pharmacist was extremely rude, my medicine was called in yesterday to be filled today they open at 8am it is 1pm and they told me it will be 3pm before my prescription was ready to be picked up. He was so rude to me over the phone to the point I am taking my business elsewhere it shouldn’t take over 6-7 hours to fill something I take every day at 6am and have to basically go a whole day without my meds. Don’t use Kroger pharmacy ever!
