  1. Please do not use this pharmacy the worst experience the white lady that works there is very rude and nasty. I’m going to see if I can repot her to upper management if not I’m going all the way to let her know this will be your last time disrespecting people of color. I never experienced anything like it they never answer the phone the never let you know when your prescription is ready The white lady isnrudtbabd very lowdown

  2. I’m not one to write a review, good or bad, but every single time I have had to speak to the female pharmacist who answers the phone or gives you your prescriptions – she has been one of the rudest people I have ever met. She is belittling, inconsiderate, and just flat out rude. I have never had a good experience with her and that is so disappointing because every other pharmacist or student pharmacist I have had an encounter with has been amazing.

  3. I get no notification that my prescription is received. I have to call at least one day after my doctor has sent it in to verify they have it but then they don’t fill it until I call, wait on hold, and then ask to have it filled. It takes several hours to fill so typically not the same day. So a prescription written on Monday can be picked up Wednesday. Oh, and after calling to have the prescription filled, sometimes the next day they’ll simply be out of that med but won’t let you know until you’re there or let you know when they get it back. The only way they could be a worse pharmacy is if they gave out the wrong medication.

I started using this pharmacy a few months ago so I can get my prescription conveniently while shopping and wow if that hasn’t been the exact opposite if what’s happened.

  4. Save your time and go somewhere else. I refilled my medicine through the automated phone system. But I wasnt sure where it was getting refilled (Wich Kroger) as the phone system did not say. I went up to this Kroger to see if I could possibly get info on what store or if I could get it transferred to this one as it’s much closer. The lady behind the desk couldn’t tell me anything about the status of my prescription….. The worst. Go somewhere else.

Second trip (I guess I’m a glutton for punishment) the lady that was up there was the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I asked if my dr had called in a refill on my rx she responded “yes it’s not ready” *awkward silence* “ok do you know how long it might be?” She replies “an hour” mind you my dr called this script in about 4 hours ago. I’m ok with the wait but damn try to be at least a little bit polite.
